Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. The estimated delivery time includes production, processing, and shipping time. Due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, holidays, or extreme weather, actual delivery time may vary.

Shipping Guarantee

We stand behind our service for your ribbons, wrapping paper, and gift boxes. If your package takes longer than the following timeframes to arrive, we’ll issue a shipping cost refund or partial refund (if free shipping was applied):

  • USA (Mainland): 40 business days
  • USA (Other): 45 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 40 business days
  • UK: 45 business days
  • Rest of the World: 60 business days

If your package does not arrive within 60 business days, you’ll receive a full refund. That’s our risk-free shopping guarantee.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by your local government. These fees are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please check with your country’s customs office for applicable charges before placing an order.

Note: Some countries may experience longer shipping delays (4–8 weeks or more) depending on customs processing time.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address input.

If the package is:

  • Delivered to the address provided, but not received
  • Refused by the recipient
  • Undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts

Tracking Delays (for international orders)

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed 2–7 days (or longer) when the package is transferred between international carriers or customs checkpoints.
